to deny service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

In the unfortunate event of a legal disagreement or personal dispute
against RBM Group or Recording Studio Los Angeles or the owner
or employees of RBM Group or Recording Studio Los Angeles
you agree all judgments and retributions will be in an amount of and
no more than the original fee/s paid to RBM Group or Recording
Studio Los Angeles with no additional fees
rendered to any person, business or entity for any reason at anytime.

In the event of an unfinished project or partial completion of a project
that does not reach the final completion point funds will be returned
on a fair prorated scale based on the expense of the project to that
point baring in mind its nearest completion point.

It's nearest completion point will mean:
The fair point at which RBM Group or Recording Studio Los Angeles
solely deems the project can be picked up and/or finished by another
person/party.


The use of RBM Group and/or Recording Studio Los Angeles'
services or facility is an agreement to all of the above terms.
